Terms of Service

• 1. For consultation, Your session can either be via Zoom or face to face depending on your preference.
  For quality assurance purposes, you are expected to book for your consultation 90 days to the event to give enough time for planning, fabric sourcing, fitting, beading and so on. We can make exceptions for events that are much sooner, depending on our schedule. Please share your date with us and we will let you know if it’s possible to fast track.
  CONSULTATION FEE
  $30 for bespoke outfits
  $50 for bridals
  ( PLEASE NOTE THIS FEE IS ONLY FOR A SKETCH )
• 2. Consultation fee must be paid before consultation and this is deducted from final fee its Non-refundable & Non-transferable
• 3. Consultations last for a maximum of 55 minutes or less per person.
• 4. Based on the quality of fabrics we use, technicality of the design, and embellishments required, bridal and bespoke prices vary.
  BRIDAL DRESSES start from $650
  BRIDAL ROBE starts from $250
  BRIDE'S MAIDS starts from $100
  BESPOKE DRESSES starts from $350
  You can also send images of similar dresses to our WhatsApp or email to get a price range, however, we do not make an exact design of an inspiration sent and price will be given after consultation.
  While for Asoebi , our price starts FROM $100
• 5. You are required to pay at least 80% or in full before business commence.
• 6. For quality assurances and maximum creative freedom, we do not take clients fabrics. We create designs using our own fabrics for custom designs except ASOEBI
• 7. Please Prepare to come in for your fitting when you’re not in a hurry. Your dress is specially bespoken to fit your exact body and may require a lot of time and attention to get the perfect fitting. The fitting of your dress is our top priority and we want you to enjoy the production and design journey with us so please be patient and love the process.Note that fittings done after the close of work will attract extra charges.
• 8. Completed outfits must be picked within 2 weeks max as we have limited storage.
• 9. Completed outfits abandoned for over 28 calendar days, paid or unpaid will be given to charity.
• 10. CISCACECIL does not offer refunds or exchanges.
• 11. Change of agreed design, lining, fabric or embellishment after production has commenced will attract a minimum of 50% of the initial production cost.
• 12. Home service Consultation Fees:
  a. Within Lagos $25 for island and $40 for mainland excluding cost of transportation You are required to fill and submit our terms of engagement which was sent to you.
• Please, note that the final price of your garment ultimately depends on the complexity of the design/production.
• Also Non-availability to be present for fittings will require you to sign a liability wavier
