Exchange Policy:
Measurements Issue: If an issue arises due to incorrect measurements provided by the client, an exchange for the correct size will only be done after the item is sold. Refunds are not an option.

Size Chart Orders:
Exchanges for orders due to wrong confirmation of a wrong size by the client via our size chart are limited to items available in-store. If the new item costs less than the original, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit for future use.

Size Chart:
Refer to our size chart available in the highlights or provided in the chat. Items returned for adjustments due to incorrect sizing will incur charges, and the client is responsible for the associated delivery fees.

Order Processing:
Please await the creation of an invoice and carefully review all orders before making payment. Refunds will not be issued once payment is made.

Refund Policy:
No refunds are accepted in any situation.

Fabric/Color Availability:
If the color or fabric of the ordered item goes out of stock, you must select another available option or wait for restocking, which may take an indefinite time.

Order Cancellation:
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. And a 5% fee will be deducted from the amount paid before a refund is made.
